Paul Langley is the CEO and Chairman of ZPL Energy; His resume includes having served as President of Arctic Group Inc, Arctic Installation Group and Ry-Lan Energy. Mr. Langley has extensive experience in Exploration, Development and Production and has designed numerous down hole completion tools for land, shelf and sub-sea well installations. He is active in development of new technology for remedial and heavy oil resources including marginal oil and gas fields. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and the London Institute of Petroleum.
