Z. P. Langley is the Chairman, CEO and Director of International
Completion Solutions LLC, ZPL Energy and the following subsidiary
companies, ZPL Energy Nigeria and ZPL Energy E.G. Mr. Langley
is also the Managing Director of a Private Trust Foundation that,
and in conjunction with our partners provides funding for the
operations related to our Oil and Gas ventures. |

Paul Langley is a Director and the current COO of International
Completion Solutions LLC. He is also a Director and COO of
ZPL Energy Inc His resume includes having served as the President
of Arctic Completion & Technology, Anchorage Alaska and Sr.Vice
President of Arctic Installation Group Inc. Anchorage, Ak for
a period of ten years. He returned to the Gulf Coast region,
were he worked for major oilfield services companies including
a tour at Schlumberger as a Gulf Coast Manager. Mr. Langley’s
oilfield experiences took him to the North Sea, Middle East and
West Africa as well as sales duties in the South American market.
He is a member of the Society
of Petroleum Engineers and a Member of the London
Institute of Petroleum. |

| Ethridge B. Kyle |
President
ZPL Energy International Ltd.
Ethridge Kyle is the President of ZPL Energy International Ltd
and oversees all of the companies interest and future operations
in other major areas of oil and gas developments. Mr. Kyle's
resume includes; President & Managing Director of Acme Logistics
Nigeria Ltd. Sr. Partner and Director of Acme Hydraulic Supply
Nigeria Ltd. Mr. Kyle is also a Director of DWC
Drilling Ltd and owns several oil related companies both
in West Africa and the United States. Mr. Kyle brings many years
of hands on technical expertise and superb management skills
to the Oil and Gas operations. Mr. Kyle is a member of the Society
of Petroleum Engineers and resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana. |

| Kellie N. Langley |
Vice President of
International Business Development
Ms. Langley is ZPL Energy's International Business Development
Vice President. She is also responsible for key marketing agreements
for the sale of oil and gas assets as it is produced and prepared
for delivery to the refinery. Her role will also include development
of end user customers for the produced hydrocarbons as we implement
future field developments in other areas of the world. |

Vice President of
Downstream Development
Meagan Ware is Vice President of Downstream Development ( London).
Ms. Ware's resume includes direct involvement in sales and marketing
for International Completion Solutions in Europe and West Africa.
Her role has been to coordinate support of ICS and our technical
partners while integrating the technology into our oil and gas
operations with ZPL Energy. In her new capacity of Downstream
Development she will begin planning and engineering phases to
support operations for the upstream group. |
